whats your full bandwidth with i-choice and mivision? and state if you have any premium channels

to see your bandwidth go to your speedtouch settings http://192.168.10.254  then click on the broadband connection on your left and the details in in DSL connection

all should have the same settings in the modem : Bandwidth (Up/Down) [kbps/kbps]: 256 / 1.024
but are limited from our "good provider" netruuner

mine is 384/5.184 (i-choice 512+mivision with premium channels)

few days ago i noticed that they increase my bandwidth before it was 299/4000 i think. what do you mean its limited?

even our routers are configured for bigger speeds ,we are blocked from netrunner to the speeds they sell 1024-512down/128up

what did you expect ? to get +3.5mbit for mivision and also use it for internet?
