TOOK 2 YEAR CONTRACT OUT IN OCTOBER GOT FREE NOTE PAD.NOW HAVE TO MOVE AS OWNER SELLING APARTMENT. TOOK NEW ADDRESS DOWN TO PRIME TEL TOLD, ME ITS NOT COVERED BY INTERNET YET,WASNT VERY HELPFUL, PAY 49 EU PER MONTH HE SAID BASICLY TUFF YOU STILL HAVE TO PAY. I ASKED IF THE AGREEMENT COULD BE SUSPENDED UNTIL THEY CONNECT IN THE AREA.NO WAS THE ANSWER. I DONT NO IF THAT MEANS I CANT HAVE THE TELEPHONE LINE AT LEAST,OR NOT IN THE AREA MEANS TELEPHONE CONNECTION AS WELL.????

What does the contract that you signed with Primetel say? Signing a long term contract can have some advantages, such as discounts and gifts, but it also has disadvantages such as the one you describe. If Cyta covers the area you moved to then you could have telephone line (and internet) but you will have to pay Cyta for it, regardless of the situation with Primetel.
