Title: Unlimited free internet access in Yeroskipou Post by: Admin on September 01 2011 03:31am Yeroskipou Municipality, in cooperation with CyTA, officially announced the installation and operation of the wireless network Cytanet WiFi in Ayia Paraskevi Square in Yeroskipou yesterday.
Mayor of Yeroskipou Tasos Kouzoupos said that he was happy with the development projects that the municipality had undertaken over the last few years. He added that such projects improve the quality of life of Yeroskipou residents. According to Kouzoupos, the provision of WiFi wireless zone service is considered an important upgrade for Ayia Paraskevi Square, as both residents and visitors of the area will have fast and easy access to the internet. He also said that the municipality aims to continually upgrade such projects, offering services that benefit young residents in particular, hoping that this initiative will be embraced by the youth of Yeroskipou. Kouzoupos noted that the installation and operation of the network marks a new cooperation path between CyTA and Yeroskipou Municipality. On behalf of CyTA, Internet Sales Manager Costas Montis said that this is a very important project as it is part of CyTA’s strategy for making use of advanced technology to improve the services provided.
