Title: Primetel: Free upgrades from January Post by: Admin on December 03 2008 11:26pm Primetel (http://www.cyprusbroadband.net/primetel-telecom.html) has announced plans for free upgrades of the PrimeHome and PrimeNet (512, 750 and 1024Kbps) products.
From January 1st all subscribers of the above products will be automatically upgraded to the next higher speed with no additional cost. If, for example, you are a subscriber of PrimeNet512, on January 1st you will be automatically upgraded to PrimeNet750 for free. Also, the speed of the business products PrimeBusiness 1024 and 2048 will be automatically doubled on January 1st, again with no additional cost. The subscribers of the other PrimeBusiness and PrimeOffice products will be able to take advantage of new lower prices after they renew their contracts in 2009. Any clients wishing to remain at their current speed and they do not want to receive the free upgrade should contact the Primetel Customer Service at the phone number 133. They make a customers fools, I explain what is going on with primetel, They make a upgrade of the speed ,but customer cannot use that speed and they can experianced very low speed, when the speed is low I am speaks with technical support, they are said "peak time speed gonna be down we can not do anything with this matter " ok Last promotion is Half price laptop with two year contract, custermers not going to leave primetell , when the line is slow primetell have a peak theory.... they can make a more customers , for same band with only promotion..... cool for them for customers dam.... Dont trap for eny promotion actualy they must buy a more bandwith for to keep minimum customers satisfaction, and also cyprus telecomitication autority must attention about this kind of things and protect consumer rights ......
