Cyprus ISP begin to Announced Speed war ..........
but reality is they cannot give such a speed !!
becourse cyprus telecomminication infastructure is very poor
they cannot go beyond the 8mb,
techguys know this but poor customer gonna fool!!!!!!!!!
for ADSL one can Reach 8mb so they have to go for a ADSL2 or Fiber Optics..... but the coverage 90% ADSL (8mb) and 10%  other
so you can understand the picture of the reality....

Cyprus Telecommunication Authorities should Releases  Broadband Speed Test Results and coverage of speed !!! by Map!!! for all ISP's
 

they are play psycho mind game,
2011 they said they have a new standers of internet , 30mb ,50mb ,100mb , but all lie marketing game
if you ask about caverage they dont have coverage plan even 24MB ,
so what they make there are  customers fool.......

Like This matter Cyprus Telecommunication authority sleep ....
they have to enforce new regulation of Quality of Services for All broadband service providers,

I am using prime tell for a years now, and I always have a Bad Experienced,
1. I have a 4Mbs Line but it never ever see this speed and it going down to very low speed , i call manytime to technicle support they said they are upgrading the network in these month and it will be slow...!
My question is Why I pay for 4mb and use less than 750kbs bandwidth ?

2. i know all other people have a same problem  but individual y they thing it's happen only for them ..!
so they keep silence ..... in this way

3. primetell still make a promotion for getting more subscribers, with free Offers LCD or Laptop , but real thing is they sign a Two year contract .... so ....

if subscriber have a problem with speed or someting else they cant  disconnect the line , if somebody need to do so have to pay two years monthly charges at one time about (1300Euro) so thats cool Mafia Business Idea , ha ha...

5 leggaly Cyprus telecomminication commition or Ministry of Consumers must take  Action to stop this kind of a bad behavirs in industry.

so they  must maintain at least minimum (QoS) Quality of Service......

They make a customers fools, I explain what is going on with primetel, They make a upgrade of the speed ,but customer cannot use that speed and they can experianced very low speed, when the speed is low I am speaks with technical support, they are said
"peak time speed gonna be down we can not do anything with this matter "

Last promotion is Half price laptop with two year contract,
custermers not going to leave primetell , when the line is slow primetell have a  peak theory....
they can make a more customers , for same band with only promotion..... cool for them for customers  dam....

Dont trap for eny promotion actualy they must buy a more bandwith for to keep minimum customers  satisfaction,

and also cyprus telecomitication autority must attention about this kind of things and protect consumer rights ......

if i download something bigger than 500MB after few hours 2MB download speed going to 40kbs doan and  upload 150kbps i cant belive this , They are not maintain a minimum telecommunication regulation also "Quality of Service (QoS)"

I report every week few time to Primetell technical support but only answer is They are they going to report to technician... to resold this problem.. after 15Hour agin i can see the 2mb line , but if i download something , problem is repeat.
