Now it looks like they are buying bandwidth from elsewhere but that will take time and it wont happend to all of us the same time but divided to the following months. Now i called them and ask for a refund as my contract says 10M and not upto10mb. they said the company will decide till the end of the month about that and that they have a 'special surprise' for their users but they dont say what.
