Cyprus Broadband

This is a very basic question, as I am not a technologically
experienced internet user.
Have some details of how to receive live UK tv through pc and on to TV with a cable, my ISP is logosnet, is it best to use logosnet broadband or go straight to Cyta??
Is there a difference in the monthly payments?
What power broadband do I need to ask for?
