The information I shared with you was a text message by CYTA to my friend mobile who lives in Pafos..
The 512kbps packet will not be available anymore. Actually they aren`t the same as primetel upgrades.. As you can see CYTA is always one step behind because of Shakolas. The highest packet of Cyta new speeds its going to be 7mbps rather than primetel which offers 8mbps

btw the new speeds of Cyta will be
from
1mbps to 3mbps
2mbps to 5mbps
4mbps to 7mbps
Also the upload speed has been increased from 384kbps to 512kbps
Upgrades are going to start begining of July 2010

The best broadband platform in Cyprus. The cheapest and the highest speeds available in Cyprus (10mbps). The only bad is the range they cover. In 2011 cablenet will cover all Cyprus (Limassol and Nicosia especially) as they announced.

Probably the best ISP in Cyprus. The oldest actually. I have the Home4000 packet and Im very happy with it. They give me the correct speed. On COD4 and 5 always green connection and I can easily host a game. (PS3)

Get away from this ISP. The only packet they have is 4mbps in a really cheap price compared to the others. Wavespeed sometimes gives you the Full speed (4mbps) but most of the time their speeds goes really really down like (1mbps) or (2mbps).. So Im not recomending this ISP
