Hi guys!
I'm going to get myself a broadband connection (1-2 Mbps), and the ping/latency issue (to continental Europe) is very critical for me.
Cablenet isn't available in my area, so I can choose only between CYTA and Primetel platforms. Which providers would you recommend?

P.S. Could you also please ping 212.98.160.166 and submit your results?

go for Otenet Platform instead of Primetel.
Forget about Cyta. It's fucked up all the time
