Liopetri is covered by i-choice so when you get a phone line you should be able to get ADSL (unless you live too far from the telephone exchange).
I am not sure if MTN 3G covers the area. The coverage map they give on their website is not very precise:

Judging from the above map Liopetri does not fall within the areas that they cover. You should contact them directly and
maybe they will be able to tell you if that area is covered or not.
If 3G is not available then the only true broadband solution would be a Satellite connection, but probably you will not want to spend all that money in equipment for somehting that will be only temporary.
I know that in a few areas around Cyprus some small companies or individuals share via wireless their satellite connections. Maybe there is somebody in Liopetri that does this (although I am not sure if it legal)
If all of the above fail then connecting through GPRS might be your only option. This solution will be slow and rather expensive but using onspeed can make it more tolerable.
