Can you help me please.

I want to install Cablenet in a top floor apartment. When I spoke to Cablenet they said they needed permission from the Administrator of the building---but there is none.  Any way around this?

i  strongly believe and recommend that the best option is to tell them that you are the administrator of the building!
here is my story with them:
 I have submitted my connection to them  25/8 , they get them 2 weeks just to speak to the administrator of my flat apparent.
after 3 weeks they finally send a fax to my admin in order to approve & signed it.
My admin then send them the fax and when i speak to them they said to me that they have not receive the fax.
So I wend  to their offices and ask them why their connection taking so long. They told me that they haven't receive the fax (which was send 1 week before),probably they lost it because i was having the fax confirmation paper.
Then I get the fax back to my admin, by hand, signed it, take them back to cablenet and i am still waiting them to do the connection. (more than a month of waiting (@ 25/9)

If i told them the first place that I am the admin of the building the whole process of it and the connection would be finished on 2 weeks max.
So go ahead, tell them that you are the admin.
How would they know?
