if you are living near the beach, get a scuba diving kit and  find the underwater fiber cable and drown it back to your house !!! the best option!  yeah!

so, satellite and wireless Broadband is out of the question for you, because both of them have huge latencies , check out for traditional land line coverage, on the Internet Providers and chose what suits you
