Has anyone got BBC iPlayer working in Cyprus. I hear it is possible by establishing a UK proxy.

Yes if you use a UK proxy then you can watch it. Onspeed is based in the UK and if you use it it gives you a UK IP and you can watch the BBC iPlayer.

i have done this once by tricking your DNS settings. I'm not familiar with the particular player but i've done that with simillar equipment back in the days when i was having cyta with dynamic ip.
