is anyone getting full upload speed with rapidshare?

i have i-choice 512/128 and i only get 5-6kb/s for upload speed with my down to be at 55kb.
few times for a small time of period i managed to get 13kb/s and that time my down was around 45kb


anyone have a clue why this happens or a way to get the 13kb?

Try to disconnect and connect ageain your Modem. Your upload speed should be 12-13 kbps.
