CYTA DSL settings are different to most Internet providers. Without getting Technical, its hard. Does your modem have an auto detect line type setting?? Otherwise I can give you the settings.
Are you aware of the terms MVC, PVC channels??

Rubbish!!!!!!!! So why do CYTA offer a 1.70 discount per month if you use your OWN router!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I am using a UK router, NOT the CYTA Speedtouch. In fact a Draytek 2800VGi with built in Voice over IP.
Settings you need
You need a router than conform to RFC 1483 MPoA MPoA Channel 1 (Internet Traffic)
VPI - 8 VCI - 35 Modulation G.DMT or ADSL2+ depending on your DSLAM Type. (Or leave on Auto) Encapsulation 1483 Bridged IP LLC Protocol MPoA
If you have Mi-Vision MPoA Ch2 - VPI 8, VCI 36 MPoA Ch3 - VPI 8, VCI 37 MPoA CH4 - VPI 8, VCI 38
These extra channels isolate the TV data from internet, on the ADSL connection, on your Ethernet there all mixed together.
WHat you have just configured is Triple Play in CYTA terminology

Interesting. Your VPI,VCI channels are slightly different to mine, when I use the original Speedtouch modem I get 8.35 8.36 8.37 8.38 as the channels

Looking closer, my settings are IPoA not PPPoE as yours are. there may be different types of DSLAM in use.
Interesting. I have noticed that new users in my area get the DSL light and Internet light on on their modems. I do not get the internet light.
On a speedtouch the PPP bit remains in the connecting....... state, while the one below IP internet connects. Shoing my IP address, gateway etc
So there looks like 2 sets of settings in use. PPPoE and IPoA
Requiring different ATM virtual channel numbers. IPoA needs 8,35 PPPoE needs 8.36 8.37 8.38 8.42
