As far it concerns with customers, i am sure of that, because last week when i got tho their offices to submit a connection, there where lots of people there who where making connections there, and most of them with a cyta bill on their hands, so that they are moving to cablenet.
I would agree with marcos having said that: they provide better service with less customers.
I believe that is granted. If you are in my neighborhood Don't dare to move to cablenet, so that I enjoy grater speeds (because cable is a shared medium and users share the medium speed). If you however ignore me, and move to cablenet I will hunt you down and kill you .... hahaha
